ATTENTION STUDENTS:  If you signed up for AP Physics next fall, you need to attend a brief meeting in Room 226 on Friday, immediately after period 2.  You will receive a list of resources to help you prepare for the course and have the chance to ask questions.-Uebel

Currently enrolled Ihigh students should be sure to see Ms. Ellis to take your final exams.  Check your calendars to confirm your due dates.  There will be NO extensions.  You may also pick up all of your written work to keep for your records.

Students interested in signing up for Ihigh courses for fall should come by and pick up an application in Room 417B.

Attention students:  If you are new to Serra this school year and received a New Student Tour and/or Welcome Kit from the Student-2-Student Club, please see Mrs. Byrd in Room 231 during lunch or after school this week to fill out a brief survey.  Your responses will help improve the S2S program for next year's new students.  All students who complete the survey will receive a small gift!  You are eligible if you enrolled at Serra after September 6, 2011.  Be sure to stop by Room 231 to complete the survey and pick up your gift.  Thank you!


Are you looking for a job this summer?  The Tierrasanta Youth Center is offering summer employment to military dependents who are at least 15 years old with a valid worker’s permit.  Job seekers must be a dependent of an active duty member or Department of Defense employee.  If you are interested, pick up an application from Mrs. Byrd in Room 231 during lunch or after school this week.

SPORTS PHYSICALS: There will be sports physicals offered after school TODAY at 11:45 in the PE Bungalow.  All athletes who need physicals please bring your athletic packet filled out and get your physical done in minutes.  The cost is only $30 and you will be all set for next years sports seasons.

CALLING ALL JUNIORS:  We need you to come to our junior class meeting TODAY at lunch in the ASB Room. This is the most important meeting of the year because we will deciding our Prom venue for next year. See you there!!-Schmidt

Serra would like to congratulate Anthony and Brian Masayesva for coming in 1st and 2nd place at the Navy Cross The Coronado Bay Bridge Run. Not only did they come in first and second of their age group, but they beat everyone out of the 12,000 or so particpants, which included all adults, too! They will also be running in the Rock and Roll marathon. Good Luck.


HERSHEY'S KISS GRAMS:  Your CIF bound Serra Football team is will be selling Hershey Kiss Grams for $.50 in front of the Media Center during lunch from June 4-6. Let that special someone know how much you care for them! We will have specialty grams for seniors (you must know the seniors 5th period class).
