Do you want a page in the
yearbook dedicated to just you or your friends? Then be sure to purchase
your yearbook ads by March 22nd! You can pick up an order form from any
yearbook student or from Mrs. Nelson in room 413. The financial office
has them too. Remember, you must turn in your photos, layout request, and
payment to the financial office by March 22nd.
Seniors and
Juniors Extended Day April 10 to June 2. Session 4 is around the corner. If you need to replace a D or make-up a
class in English or Social Studies, then sign up with your counselor. Mr.
Cotner will be teaching English and Social Studies in Room 211 B.If you need to make-up a Biology or Chemistry then you can so so by seeing your
counselor. Mr. Dyson will be teacher Biology and Chemistry.
Extended Day School will start on April 10th to June 2 in Room 803.
Attendance is required and it will be on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and
Fridays from 2:30-5:00 p.m.
Would you like advice on preparing for your
dream career, help with your college essay, SAT/ACT test prep, and scholarship
information? The public library is holding a College Prep Academy with sessions
April 4-25th at the City Heights Branch. Applications are available in the
Serra school libary for 9-11th graders. The completed packet is due March 17th
in our library or 19th at the public library.
ATTENTION STUDENTS: Please remember to come to the
office at lunch time for a new bus pass or have questions regarding transportation. See Ms. Palacio in the office.
Join us for our annual St. Patrick's Day Shamrock Scavenger Hunt tomorrow, Thursday
3/16 during CoF in the usual club room!! There will be prizes for
selected winners along with a
special leprechaun bait snack to make and take! Hope to see you
there!
