Attention Juniors and Seniors! If you are planning to attend Miramar Community College and want to take a tour of the campus, there will be a Miramar College Campus Fieldtrip on Dec 13^th.   Pick up your permission slip in the Counseling Center.  Space is limited so will be on a first come first serve basis.   

Do you love wolves? Are you interested in Wild Life Biology? Then read Never Cry Wolf, this month's book club selection. It dispells the myths that surrounded wolves in the 70s and entertains readers with humorous antidotes from the field. Join us in reading Farley Mowat’s memoir of his life among the wolves of Alaska as a  wild life biologist straight out of college.Drop by the library to pick up a copy today. We will meet December 8^th @ lunch in 303.

Attention all Juniors: If you are applying for the leadership opportunity of Freedom Foundation to have the amazing experience of  going  to  Valley Forge for a week next semester please remember that applications are due TODAY!.  Please make sure your application is complete with all additional documents.If you have any questions please stop by the counseling office and speak with Counselor Mrs. Perez-Ibarra

Attention Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors! If you are planning a career in the military, The ASVAB Career Exploration Assessment will be given here at SHS on Wednesday Dec. 6^th in the Media Center.  Please sign up in the Counseling Center if interested in taking it.  Students who are enrolled in NJROTC can sign up with their commanding officer.

BUS PASS: If you need  a new bus pass or have questions regarding transportation. Please see Ms. Palacio in the front office during lunch.

 Need help picking a college major? Not sure what career path you want to pursue? Come to a career search workshop FRIDAY, November 18th in the media center computer lab during lunch time. A Cal-SOAP college peer advisor will be there to assist you in your search and answer your questions about college admissions and how to fund your college career.
